Can you tell me if I will ever get my package.

Tracking Number : 87064747229
The status for over 30 days is Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open. Is there a problem with customs and is it possible I may not get the package at all. Should I wait longer or request a refund from the seller.

87064747229 is a tracking number of China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. This service is a cheap one that doesn't provide tracking service. So, it doesn't mean it's still in Guangzhou, it may left China around Oct. 6 and still in transit to your country. Also, it usually needs a long time for this ordinary packet to arrive the destination country, in most cases one or two months. You'd better wait for more days. But you should also check the confirm receipt time. Before the time, you'd better open a dispute to where you buy the item if you couldn't get it. Or you will get nothing.
