Hi. I shipped my stuff from Jilin to Phnom Penh, Cambodia since July 2. It is said my parcel has arrived the destination. But i have not received any contact from the courier. This is my tracking number CP351849899CN. Can you please check where is my parcel right now? And when is it expected to reach my destination country, Cambodia?

Why does my parcel on wish say "delivered" but it's not at my local post office? Last tracking info states "Sent to Shantou, Guangdong International Exchange Bureau"
