Can you please help me locate my missing package WI00168912152SH

I ordered an item a few months ago and it has been stuck in limbo as the story goes that you hear so often. The retailer keeps giving me the wait response but I'm starting to get worried because it has been two months and it's not had any movement in destination. The package #WI00168912152SH arrived at the Departure transit hub on 5/29/2020 and has not moved since. If you could check on this for me I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you, Adam Kucharski

Hi Adam James KUCHARSKI,

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. My suggestion is also to wait for more days. If there is still no update untill August 20. It's not normal. You need to contact the seller to refund you then.

On October 25, 2017 I had a package mailed from the United States to Sue Joe China.
