Can you please tell me why this information "2020-09-09 08:36, Shendong Fenggang Warehouse, Depart from facility to service provider." is not available anywhere? The seller shared this with me too.

Anyway, does this mean that I should not be worried? I thought that they did not send the item at all.

The seller uses 4PX to ship it. You don't worry about it.
