Can you mail shoes from Yueyang, Hunan to Tbilisi, Georgia?

Mobile phone couldn't be sent from China Post. You can send shoes to Georgia from your nearest post office.

My contact in Yueyang, Hunan has gone to the Post Office but they had refused. They have said that they can't send this, what can I do?

If they couldn't ship, you can only try to find other courier to ship it for you.
