Can you locate my package

I have not had an update since 8/9. Package was shipped in June. Can you find where it is. Says it was int he neighboring town 8/7 so I should have had it by now.

On October 25, 2017 I had a package mailed from the United States to Sue Joe China. It processed through Shanghai on October 30 and then said it was processed through a facility in China on October 31. The glitches that it said it was in transit for approximately 3 1/2 weeks. A few days ago I got a retro tracking progress that said There was an attempted delivery on October 31. Since then, there has not been an update and I cannot locate any contact information with regard to trying to locate and have my package delivered. I would appreciate any help in resolving the issue of my last parcel
