Hi Padma,

Canada Post left the notice card to the receiver indicating where and when to pick up item but the receiver didn't get it. So it's on the way back now. We couldn't stop it return back as we are only a tracking platform. You'd better let the receiver in Canada contact Canada Post to ask if it could be kept in Canada now.

Hi Daisy,

The receiver was never informed by Canada Post Office that the item has come, and we can pick up.

As Canada Post has not informed for this item to come and collect, and even before 15 business days they printed the return label. Because of mistake of Canada Post, we are suffering.

Please help.
