Can you help find my parcel?

My parcel was posted at the beginning of June. It looks like it was handed to forwarding agent on June 9th but there have been no more updates. I’ve tried to contact the seller but I’ve had no reply.

Hi Shirley,

e-packet is slow to Australia at present. It usually takes about 40-80 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
