I sent a pkg to Beijing on Dec 28th 2016. I sent it thru Etsy in US Tracking # is LF100845977US Customer is saying she has not received. Can you check so I can tell; her where her pkg is? Thanks Suzy Hummingbird Designs

Tracking number staring with L and ending with US belongs to USPS first class mail. USPS 1st class mail is a cheap service which does not pay scanning service cost to China post. So China Post does not scan and update the delivery status in tracking database and it can't be tracked in China. You can't even know if it has arrived China or not.
You can only contact the customer often and ask if she has got it.
