Can someone explain what the tracking messages mean?

Hello there, I sent a small packet from the UK to Hangzhou in China tracking number RU837809963GB
I do not understand what the tracking messages mean:
"Beijing Processing Center" has been imported and sealed (domestic) China 2018-03-31 15:57:27.0
"Beijing" has been imported to open and dismantle China 2018-03-31 11:15:20.0
Does this mean the packet was opened (dismantle) to check and resealed?
Any help would be welcomed.
Thanks

It means it arrives in Beijing, China on March 31 and it will be transferred to Hangzhou in the next few days.
To open is not mean to open your packet. As you know, there are many packets delivered at the same time. They are packed in a larges package. Open means opening the large package that containing many small packets in order to check the small packets. The packet is not opened in real.
