My package was sent by the shop on 11-03-2020. Still on China, is it normal? I really need the package. RV364850065CN
Will arrive before May? How ia the situation to Portugal?

Hi Tanya,

Due to the coronavirus, many packages are delayed. There is few flight to Portugal now which makes it delayed. It takes about 30-60 days to be delivered. You need to wait patiently.
