Can my parcel be more than 4 months late from the due date I'm to receive it?

I ordered these items and still haven't received them. They are 4 months late from the due date I was to receive them. Are the items lost? Will I be able to get the items soon? How soon?

They are still stuck in Guangzhou now. They should be delayed due to the border closures. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

My order was meant to arrive one month ago my tracking number is LZ519306652CN and it was supposedly in Ireland where I live 3 weeks ago according to the seller and it just had to quarantine but I got a notification 5 days ago saying “flight departure” so I’m confused as to where it is snd why it’s so late and when it is actually going to arrive as it’s almost two months late now thank you
