Package EX93396967CN reads..."Beijing, has been transported by carriers" What does this means? My package purchased in Sept to be delivered USA has been back and forth for 45 days. A lot of words, sentences, BUT NO POSITIVE ACTION. Thank you.

Correction it is EV933968967CN not EX What does it means "Beijing,has been transported by carriers" My package purchased to be delivered to USA has been back and forth since Sept 16. A lot of words, sentences etc. but NO POSITIVE ACTION. Thank you.
