I am worried about my package RW326459698CN because the last activity was in 2020-11-03 12:48 Shenzhen, import customs clearance. Thanks

Hi dfarras,

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't pass the customs check and is still stuck at the customs now. You couldn't receive it. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
