Can Chinese suppliers intercept packages after it was shipped?

I am an ecommerce seller and had a lot of orders. However, due to the delays customers are angry and want a refund. The packages most of them have been handed to the airline. What can I do in this situation? I want to cancel the orders from the suppliers and the customers

Hi mel55555555,

Once the packages have been shipped, it couldn't be cancelled. You can contact China Post for compensation if the packages couldn't be delivered in three months.
