Hi i called china post before regarding my package. but why is it still stuck in beijing? is it regarding the custom or is the package lost? this is the tracking number UA102819365US

That they are going to call to make sure within 4 days. Its been more than that. What do you think i should do

It's in transit to Belgium now. As it's a China Post ordinary parcel, it couldn't be tracked after leaves the first station. So, only the following information is available.
