Hi, I have returned an order that did not meet my expectations. I have sent the package from Sweden and can see that it has arrived in China (message from Swedish PostNord: "23 Aug 13:18, CN. The shipment is cleared by us.") The supplier says that they did not receive my return and I do not know what I can or have to do in order to solve this. Sorry for the second question but my package says Origin post is preparing shipment on here and was last seen in China hangzhou (dispatched from country of origin) tracking number LY925987451CN. How long until it arrives in my country (the Untied states) and until it arrives to my area? Sorry but it’s been driving me crazy all day! Thank you!!!
