I ordered an item on Amazon on November 28th in hopes of getting it for someone for Christmas.

However, the estimated arrival to the usps keeps going up 1 day every day. It appears to be stuck in China. I did not know the seller was going to ship from China. USPS shows I cannot refuse delivery of something international. I want to refuse it from China Postal while it still has it.

How do I cancel or refuse this parcel?
