I haverecently made two purchases with China Post through Amazon with the tracking number AM602275525CN and AT532808923CN. I live in Puerto Rico and when I checked tracking, it said that they were trying to deliver the items in Hampton, US and in Preston, US respectively. I want these items I ordered and tried contacting the US English Customer Services but they do not have that area any longer. What do I do to still get these items?

My parcel from Australia to HK (LK143287754AU) is cleared and awaiting international departure in Guangzhou since 10 March. I contacted Australia post and they said to call China customs. Will this help speed the process up of getting my parcel delivered to HK? It’s a neighbouring city. This is a big concern.
