Block on Sorting Center

My order is blocked at Sorting Center Yiwu, China since 2 march 2020. The order should arrive to me in 2 days, and i am not sure if my package is lost or is not arriving. What should i do?

Hi Davidp120309,

You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. Packages usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered affected by the coronavirus of the whold wide world. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

States arrived in us may 22? (1 reply)

Ordered from One-Sync on may 11th. EMS tracking states arrived at US sorting facility May 22nd. It is June 18th and I don't have the item or further tracking. Nobody emails you back from the company I ordered from and they don't have a number listed. Only one time they emailed stating orders were delayed. They block comments (but can't block reviews) on Facebook. They lied and said items ship 3-5 days from the US which obviously is not the case. How do I figure out where it is if it's even real. Shipped with China EMS. Tracking AS661650584CN
