Hello,
My package has been delivered by your services but it's actually blocked at the customs for a missing invoice. I would like to know if ot's possible for me to send you the invoice in order to liberate the package from the customs and enable it to get delivered at the recipient.

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't deal with the package. You need to contact the receiver to submit it for you in China.
