Package stuck for more than 2 months, what happened? Anymore updates please? Thank u CY002901458CN. Big ydelay of packages, need a estimate of delivery time plrase

I’ve ordered many items from China (eBay). They’ve been shipped by different companies. Some of the packages I’ve received in less than a month, while most of packages are still in transit. The issue is this packages are close to estimated delivery time, or have already passed it. Based on that it seems like a chance of not receiving international shipment is much bigger than receiving it, as most of the items have not arrived yet. Is it safe to say I wasted my time waiting for it, or will it just come after a delay. How big delay should I expect at maximum before giving up.
