Belgian Post asks EMS to claim undelivered package

Hey,
My package has been sorted for a month in Belgium - but still didn't get delivered. Now they ask me that the China Post (EMS) opens a request at the Belgium post to get it delivered. Could you please check with them ASAP, open a claim and let me know what's happening. This is the track and trace : CY000830025CN
It would be great if you can provide me an ID or track number so I can follow up with the Belgian post

You need to contact the seller to open a claim for you. Only they could do that.
