Unfortunatly you have been scammed. I was too and was given the same tracking number of RG017085929CN for an order of hey dude shoes during a "flash sale" scam. I also live in a different state so questioned it. Google Hey dude store scam and you will find that this has happened to many. If you are on facebook you can look there too. I contacted my bank as I saw other people saying that additional charges were made to their account after this order. Sorry to deliver bad news, I hope this helps.
