For Destination post it says this: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.
They have been "Preparing" shipment for three days.

My package was processed through Beijing China facility and on its way to Guangzhou China. I would like to know will there be a custom fee for the recipient to pay when it arrive at its destination?
