What does it mean as per China post. Does it mean the seller has to do something or the buyer has to do something. My consignments are travelling between Beijing and Guangzhou and there is no sign of it leaving China to Inida Please advise.

You could only wait to see if it will be normal in the following days. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
