Tracking package LL797248463CN (it contains a bicycle part) on 17track shows repeated "Beijing, Beijing Exchange Station Return" (4 times) and "Beijing, Beijing Speed International return, note: security return". What could be going on here?

Mmmm. The seller actually let me know that the package was returned to them and they refunded my order with a comment that any replacements they send will probably be returned to them as well. Oh well...

I have a question in regards of tracking number LO509010539CN.
It says it's in the Beijing exchange station return after being delivered to air transport. Does this mean my package will be returned to sender and that I won't receive it? Or does it mean something else?
