My parcel still hasn't reached its destination. It's vital and I have contacted the crooked company to refund me for the fake product yet they will not as the parcel hasn't arrived. They've held my money for a month due to this and it is causing a major inconvenience. I will be forced to take it to the small claims court if this does not get resolved.

The is stuck at Beijing processing center. You'd better let the sender call China Post service number 11183 in China to get it.
