Been at airport for 3 weeks

This item has been stuck at China airport for 3 weeks. Please send reminder to ship it out ASAP as it has had no updated information for 3 weeks and been a month since my order date. I need this packet in australia ASAP.

Hi Jjjjj,

Airline start shipping on March 26. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
