BANGGOOD has not received the box

I returned the product to China. BANGGOOD warehouse did not receive the package.
The tracking number is UH013921436US.

It's already in China since October 24. You'd better let the receiver in China contact China Post (call 11183) to check it as it has been over three months that hasn't got by the receiver.

Package since 8th of March at customs (1 reply)

20th of February i send 2 packages to BangGood due to problems with the readers. Package CC056537081NL is since 8th of March "Guangzhou, import customs retained pending inspection" so it is there for a very long time. I asked the addressee if they could contact customs for the status of the package but i don't get a response. The other package was received by BangGood at the 10th of March.
PostNL is waiting for another trace scan because when the package is at customs, they can't do anything for me. The package is insured but for that i need a confirmation that the package is lost. Could you please investigate this issue and inform me about the status of the package.

Good evening.
I sent a parcel return to the Seller, Banggood, to the address that I get from them, and I waited for 152 days till I see the parcel was returned to sender. I just confirmed the Address with the seller and is everything ok. The Tracking number is CC237996434CA, and i want to know if this item can still be delivered to Banggood?
