Back track parcel via tracking number

Hi
I ordered what I call a “wire clip gun”
It came with 600 clips but there was no gun in the package.
The tracking number is LX165853252CN
The item shipped from
Chen Long
240 Huqingping Road
Shanghai China
201100

Is there anyway to back trace to the seller using the tracking number?
Another number on the box of clips is
HNQT0067-PTK2S1

I need to contact the seller about obtaining the clipping tool.

Sorry, the contact way couldn't be known. You can only try to find if there is any email for the seller from the platform where you bought the item.
