Can someone tell me what is arrived at destination airport and what is the average delay for delivery UJ557227955CN. This was supposed to be ship express why is not label as express?

I Ordered via Ebay a very small package. TrackingID: LO509963481CN. In Ebay it says: "Estimated Delivery in one to four weeks.". In https://www.chinapostaltracking.com/service/ it says 7 to 50 days "Average Delivery Time" and 28 days as "Average Delivery Days" to my location area. It looks like no one has a clue what is the real delivery time. Can you explain the contradicting messages? I would have never chosen China Post if I knew in advance it can take up to two months!!!

Here is the tracking result for your package. It left Beijing, China on July 29th and on the transit to USA now. In most cases, the average arrival time from China to USA is 15 days.

It have passed 22 days since package RG294274205CN departure via airplane to the USA. Could you please be kind and be more specific regarding the actual location of our package and give of a time of delivery for this particular package RG294274205CN.
