Hi jose,

China Post could ship to Bolivia. You need to contact you local post service to ask if they receive it at present. If no, it may be stuck for a long time.

Package stuck at "Arrived at NY" for more than 3 weeks (2 replies)

SAL CP406757960CN, I understand that the airline availability is limited due to the corona virus, so I didn't complain when there was no update for a long time after the "sent to airline" in early June 2020. But after the tracking updated again on July 26 saying "arrived at New York", the issue with airline availability should be over by then, but still it was just stuck there, no update since then. No information about customs, no tracking from the USPS end either, what could be happening?
