I ordered something on amazon and the status says delivery attempt but ive been home the entire time and noone has shown up for a delivery attempt. Can you provide a number to the carrier that is attempting delivery in Vancouver, Washington, USA

My tracking is saying that my package has been delivered, I don’t have it. Whom was the carrier and why I don’t see them on my security camera attempting to deliver?

I have bought a Sony a6700 brand new camera off of eBay. Tracking number: EB836289626CN. Although there was a problem and it seems that the camera wasn't shipped to the right location. This is very frustrating as I have a business to run and this is just hindering my time and money. I have a lot of expenses to pay and this is honestly very bad. I can provide you with proof of purchase but can I get the address it was dropped off to? Or what is was written to be shipped to? The location where it says is kind of close to my house like a 30 minutes drive. Please try to understand my situation.
