Hi all,
Could someone please help me track down my package? the Package was sent from China with China EMS to its destination Germany. I checked on the China EMS website and it says "attempted delivery" and when I checked on the 17Track app it says "not properly cast." Could someone please help me with this situation?

Hi Tobi,
I think you have got the package. It shows the delivery was successful on April 11. If you haven't got it, you'd better contact DHL Paket to let them know.

I am expecting a package from China (to Malaysia) by China Post but saw the following status on 1 May ... "Guangzhou Tianhe District Five Mountains" delivery results feedback-not properly cast, notes (other: Re-cast), Delivery man: Chen Chunbo: 18922183005
