Attempted delivery failed but no card or re atempt

I have sent a parcel to Chongquing it has had an attempted delivery but no card was left and it's is not saying it has been atempeted again. How does the person I sent the parcel get it?

What's the courier for it? You'd better let the recipient contact the courier to let him/her contact the courier to ask for a re-delivery as soon as possible. Or, it will be returned back.
