RG028834441CN la última actualización que se hizo es 29/02/2025 que arribo a HUB del país de region de destino quisiera saber por qué no se actualiza

It's not normal for it. It may ba lost. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
