Hello! Can you please help me determine why my package seems to be stuck in Chicago? It's been there since Oct 24, 2024. Is there an issue with customs?

Hi shannon crader,

It's delayed by your local courier. You'd better wait for more days to see. If it's stuck for over 15 days, it's not normal. Then, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
