The tracking information for the AT386025813CN package is not accurate! I did not receive the parcel. There is no "distribution center" in Mogilno. Information that the parcel was delivered on Saturday at 21:28 is not possible!

Hi rafal,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

AT107663885CN is my tracking number. 17Track said my parcel was delivered, it wasn't. I live in an apartment, there is no where to leave, any parcel. I get parcels delivered, they either call, or leave a delivery notice. Nothing was left, no neighbors who delivered my parcel. Thank you MaryAnn Zamko
