I have been using your tracking system to follow my delivery for AT244128301CN. For the past few days the status has not changed, and all it says is that it is at a metro distribution center. It has cleared customs and says its been moving through the USPS network. Can you please give me the USPS tracking number so that i can better track it through usps. I ordered this product through Amazon, and Amazon is now offering me a refund. If this product cant be here by christmas i will just take the refund i guess, but id rather have what i ordered. This is the most horrible shipping experience ive ever gone through, you should not be selling products through Amazon if you cannot ship them in a decent timeframe, or at least warn the customer ahead of time that they will not be getting their items for at least a month or two
