The tracking on my package says its been transferred over to the USPS service, and was dropped off at my address yesterday 10-29-2023 at 2:05 pm, but package was not present at my address, and a USPS tracking number for the package was never issued for the package. When talking to USPS about package delivery details, they informed me that nothing from China Post has been dropped off with them, so now im just trying to find the USPS tracking number for the package and emailed twice the merchant i ordered from, but so far there has been no response back. I just want to know where my package went, can you help me?

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. As the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
