Hello,
I have to receive a package for 28-30 days,but nothing has arrived yet.
When I enter the tracking code,it shows that the package is Delivered to 38226 salzgitter(Germany), but it does not say where it is delivered to the address or to a branch.
The tracking code is AS833786867CN. (Delivery address is: Salzgitter 38226 , Schubertstr 14 , Name: Idris Elif)
I would like to know where the package is, if I have to go pick it up from the branch, if I have to wait for the curier to bring it?

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Germany. Then, use the number to check with Germany post about the address they delivered to.
