Systems shows delivered but i have not received. Can you provide proof of delivery, picture or signature as i have not received my parcel,

Sorry, we couldn't provide you with the proof of delivery. We are only a tracking platform and could only provide you with the tracking information.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in UK. Then, you need to use the number to check with UK. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
