Hi, I have a package that is over 30 days in transit. From what I understand, it's already in Canada but I need to know where exactly and what's the courier that is responsible for delivering. Canada Post does not recognize the tracking number and China Post does not offer any details on the situation. What should I do? Please advise, thanks in advance.

I went to the usps office that you said you delivered it to. They have no information on tracking number. Please tell me where my package is and when I will receive it.
