Neither package were delivered. 2 sepreate orders that indicated separate delivery times on the same day and the update changed from to be delivered to delivered without anything actually being delivered. No information anywhere regarding the courier or the domestic tracking number. Very frustrating not being able to do anything. Why issue tracking numbers if you can't actually track? I have always thought it was for this reason that they are used?

According to the tracking information, AS750261292CN was delivered on April 6. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Canada. Then, use the number to check with Canada Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Thank you for the information, I will contact them. I would be surprised if it is then as they are very good at contact once the information is received, also their main sorting facility for Vancouver is 700 meters to the west my building on the same street. This is still more information than I had before so I thank you.

Spoke to Canada Post and they can not trace without a Canada Post tracking number and would be to me by the shipping company.
