Le colis n'est pas livré alors qu'il est indiqué dans le suivi qu'il est livré !!! Quel est le problème ?
La Poste de notre secteur ne trouve pas le colis...

It says delivered, I want to know delivered to where ? What's the address it got delivered to ? is there a proof of delivery (my signature maybe !) ?
Also who is the carrier inside Germany ? if it's delivered to it, where did it get delivered ?

According to your tracking the order was delivered on the 20th April at the designated address. However this has not been delivered. Who are the courier I could contact to find out where they delivered the item to.
