I ordered a parcel and the seller shipped it with epacket. AS186388415CN I haven’t received an update since the 25th so i’m thinking it’s either untraceable or lost.

It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. There is no update when it's in the middle locations. But as far as I see, most of the packages with tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. I suggest you contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in time.
