Willl this shipment ever be delivered it has been setting in the destination port for 17 days with no movement.

Hello, my package EB749268264CN has been stuck in “Arrival at destination” status since July 21. On 17track it says “The plane entered the port.” Can someone tell me which destination or port the tracking is referring to? It’s not in Canada as Canada Post does not have it.
