It's sent by SUNYOU Express. It arrived in your country on Sep. 29. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in Colombia. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.

It says it arrived at the place of destination on the 30th of September according to the parcel app, but i had received an email saying it had only just arrived in the country on the 3rd of October. It says delivered on the parcel app, but i still have not received it yet.
