I have been waiting for my shipping status update but it has not changed since March 6th. It shows it is in Willow Spring which is the city where I live, so I don’t understand why I have not received it. My tracking number is AG279889351CN

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
